How the Home Trial Works

If you're drawn to a piece in our Sydney gallery but aren't sure how it will look at home or in the office, our team will arrange for it to be delivered to you on a trial basis, obligation-free, for up to seven days. This service is complimentary throughout Greater Sydney, where our staff handle delivery and installation if you’d like it installed. There is no pressure to decide on the spot, but you can if you like. You simply get to live with the artwork, see how the colours, scale and feeling work for you, and decide from there.

Once you do purchase, that confidence continues under our exchange guarantee. If, for any reason, you decide within six months of your purchase that you'd like a different artwork, you're free to exchange it for full purchase price credit toward any other piece in the gallery. This applies to the original purchase and entitles you to one exchange, provided the artwork is returned in its original purchase condition. The guarantee cannot extend to a piece that has been damaged while in your care.

You can also contact us in advance to arrange a trial around a specific artwork, room or renovation timeline. Once you've chosen the works you’d like to trial, we'll confirm delivery details. Our in house delivery team are on time, every time so be prepared for a different experience!
