Ancient Landscapes by Peter Coad
Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at 04:16PM On Tuesday the 21st of October we will be opening a new exhibition of paintings by the remarkable Peter Coad.
The aptly titled Ancient Landscapes exhibition includes paintings from his travels to the Flinders Ranges, Coorong, Lake Eyre, the Kimberley, Daintree, and Grampians along with Kakadu, Uluru, Kata Tjuta, and the East MacDonald Ranges. With a painting itinerary like that extending for over a year, it's no wonder his work has been difficult to get. This collection by Peter Coad has been a long time in the making and is sure to be a standout in his stellar career that so far totals more than 50 solo exhibitions.
