Special Art Investment proposal
We're very excited about the high demand for our art rental service so we're introducing a very special opportunity for our clients. For new purchases of select paintings, we're offering a 10% annual return when you include the piece in our art rental pool for your choice of 1, 2 or 3 years.
All artwork included in our rental pool is insured against damage or loss. The return will be paid quarterly into your nominated bank account. There are no fees or commissions involved with us placing the artwork. This offer is available until June 30th, 2010 and it supersedes the usual member collectors discount. There are no discounts and no lay-by available with this offer.
We will be including work by all of our artists in this program but we can't overload our rental pool with any particular artist. In this regard, we'll be limiting the amount of work included by any single artist. For example, if four Ken Knight paintings have been purchased for inclusion in our rental pool, we will limit further inclusion of Ken Knight works until we've placed some of them for rent. There are also some paintings that are excluded from this program - however the majority of artwork is available.
Effectively, we will be renting the artwork back from you for your choice of 1, 2 or 3 years. There will be potential for continued rental returns after the nominated period if the work is able to be placed.
