With a new year underway, I'd like to take a moment to send out a big thank you to our artists and collectors. Thanks to you, and our magnificent staff, we are going to have a fantastic 2016!

Talk of weakness in the Australian art market, in our experience, is greatly exaggerated. Both locally and internationally, people are engaging with Wentworth Galleries and investing in the amazing artists we represent. Quite simply, things are going very well and we have you to thank for it. Collectors in the know and those that have an eye for quality can see the difference in the work we display.

It takes a few ingredients to make a successful gallery:

1. Great clients who love quality and appreciate good art and service.
2. Wonderfully talented artists that give their all to create their best work for us.
3. Knowledgeable, passionate staff with 1 goal - to help people buy art they love.

It's these things that have afforded us the opportunity to further expand our reach and provide more exposure for Australia's most loved artists. Which brings me to a very exciting announcement:
 

A new gallery space in Sydney

As of this moment, the doors are open to our third Sydney gallery space located at 161 Elizabeth Street Sydney! Just across the road from Hyde Park on the left side of the Sheraton is another venue for Australia's best artists to showcase their works is alive. Pop in and say hi, we're open every day.
 

Exhibiting in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai

As busy as we've been preparing a new gallery space and hanging works all over Sydney, we've still had time to get underway planning shows in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai for 2016. We're very excited to showcase the work of leading Australian contemporary and Australia Indigenous artists in Asia. First up is Singapore with Singapore Contemporary from the 21st - 24th of January. If you're in Singapore and would like to attend, get in touch with us and we should be able to arrange complimentary passes for the fair.
